VELVET UNDERGROUND

Life in and of itself is a blessing, but a charmed life?- that is a *priviledge*. Me, Val, Shan, Eryn, and Ms. Candy herself sat down to a royal view of the city at Val's highrise apartment in Campo Grande. Not only does her palatial estate boast a spectacular view, but her backyard is also home to the biggest concert hall in all of Salvador. We were seated to our thrones, the pulsating throb of Brazilan music our enchanting soundtrack for the night, and dined on bruschetta, garlic toast smothered in sundried tomatoes, fried chicken balls, and crackers with a delectable tuna spread. Not to mention the 4 bottles of Argentinian wine- Buenos Aires, to be exact. Even as the rain poured down, we sat, chatting into the wee hours of the morning. We spoon-fed each other heaps of love, each woman going around and saluting a toast to the other. Why dost I love thou, let me count the ways... One thing I can say, there was a whole lot of luvin'. :)
